group yarns require ongoing respect and collaboration in that people are constantly making decisions about whose up next, where the dynamic is going and what the priorities are. This can lead to shaming and blaming or it can expose individuals to activities, synergy and creativity that only the shared experience can bring. We aim for the latter by encouraging respectful sharing and encouraging participants to make available their collective resources to learn and reflect, rather than fingerpoint from possible fear or suspicion
sessions can start as early as 8am Australian Eastern Standard Time (or Daylight Savings from October to April) and can finish as late as 8pm. We believe that the best delivery is in person but also offer Zoom or Teams where that cannot be accommodated. We can deliver your material or ours, click here for info on our workshops
